Environmental concern

The environmental questions are getting more important every day and are a fixed part of BRAUN's company philosophy.

In the field of environment MARTIN BRAUN has transferred its company policy into reality. All our activities are following our company policy, by taking care of our employees, our customers and for the environment we secure a future worth living for. The result: Our management of environment is certified by the international norm DIN EN ISO 14001 since July, 1999.

With a packaging saving logistic system we try to avoid all unnecessary transport and packaging material. Using the latest state of the art technology helps to avoid unnecessary waste or pollution.

Some examples how we care about this subject are:

• All packaging material is chosen with preference for those materials which can be recycled in the existing environmental systems.
• Sewage - After we built in 2 additional waste water systems, we were able to decrease the contamination of our waste water
• Inner environmental protection - We always care for a continious improvement of the noise- and dust sources in our production department.
